Both light and dark countertops can be used to create stunning kitchens, but that doesn’t mean that either one will work for you. By paying attention to four different areas, you can practically eliminate any chance of buyer’s remorse down the line. The Size of Your Kitchen There’s a reason you don’t see dark countertops in small, enclosed kitchens. Dark colors can make a smaller kitchen feel crowded and cramped.
